We show the outage at midPhase lasted a bit longer than they anticipated. Our outage was 68 minutes long.

From our testing results for MidPhase server uptime, we found we had three major outages for the month of November. Two of the outages lasted over 30 minutes and one lasted over an hour.

The total uptime was 99.67%. Keep in mind, during this month, we had a 5 minute resolution set for the majority of the month. Therefore, the 99.67% was the minimum actual uptime and was most likely greater.
