As we all know, the best host is nothing without great customer support. Today we decided to try their customer support and our email was responded to by MidPhase within minutes!
We sent our email question to them at 2:00PM and we had our response at 2:19PM. We sent a followup to them on 2:19PM and we received a response to the followup on 2:24PM. Incredible!
