As you may know from reading the header portion of this site, we are currently hosting this website on MidPhase servers.

We specifically did this so we can test MidPhase servers for reliability.

We intend for this site to be a well rounded MidPhase hosting review. Therefore, we will cover the good and the bad. You won’t see this sort of coverage anywhere else.

We have already launched our 3rd party monitoring service on September 9th, 2007. So starting October 1st, we will start posting screen shots of our results. If MidPhase has a bad month, you’ll know about it first hand.

We are already aware that MidPhase had some outage problems last month related to their datacenter relocation and hardware issues. So for any of you who might be wondering how their servers are from this point forward, be sure to check back in for accurate reporting!

How accurate? Well, our monitoring service uses servers from all over the world to send pings and get response times as if they were a human browsing our website. That’s impressive enough, right? Well, we take it a step further and provide you server response times from US and then from servers outside the US. If there’s a node that’s offline, you’ll be able to see outages from those countries as well.

Coupled with stats and screen shots from our third party service, you’ll know exactly how MidPhase is performing, month to month.
