esc88 - Network Issues

We are currently experiencing some routing issues from the western part of the United States to a shared server located in our Chicago datacenter, esc88.midphase.com. Some customers may experience minor latency and intermittent downtime as we diagnose the problem. We will update this post as soon as more information is available.

It appears as though MidPhase is using Eastern time zone for their time stamps. We use mountain time zone here. This was our stats report.

We are still impressed they notified all of those who may have experienced downtime via their website. Look for this on next months server report issued around October 1st.

MidPhase struggled in August with downtimes due to a datacenter relocation.

As of this month (September), however, we haven’t seen many issues at all to report.

In the coming months, we will be reporting MidPhase downtimes, response times, speed tests, and more additional data. So starting September, be sure to check back with us and see how MidPhase is doing!
